Focus, a full service IT partner for small and medium businesses, approached us to carry out a complete rebrand. We began by hosting a workshop, in which the character of the team really shone through.
It was clear that the Focus team offered a level of service not usually associated with the IT industry. As a result, we took a people-centric approach to bring their personality to the fore, emphasising their point of difference through language and tone of voice.
To bring these attributes to life, we used a vibrant colour palette and quirky illustrations, keeping their communications down to earth and succinct. All of this helped to distance Focus from what is sometimes thought of as a techy, non-personable industry.
As Focus look forward to a bright future, they plan to harness their new brand identity, establishing the business as a ‘best in class’ IT partner with that all-important personal touch.
