As a passionate design agency we believe that our work can yield fantastic results and worth for our clients. Not only do we aim for aesthetically pleasing solutions, but ones that can really fulfil our clients’ aims.
Be that boosting profits, breaking into new markets or increasing brand awareness. Sometimes, however, it’s a serious challenge to convince a new client that an investment in creative will get them where they want to be.
Understanding goals
When we set about a project with a new client, we make sure that we fully immerse ourselves in their business and goals. Once we understand what success looks like, only then can we start to shape their project. When we were approached by Show Business Interiors, they were looking to attract new clients within the luxury property market, particularly in London. Taking them through our 18° process and workshop, we quickly saw that their branding was falling short of the exceptional standards that already existed within the company.
Their outward appearance meant their stunning work within the show home market was simply not getting through to their desired audience. We developed a classic high end identity, ensuring this was carried through on collateral finishes that would wow their clients and prospects.
A results business
Following our work with them, Show Business Interiors net worth grew approximately 2500% to £1.3m in 2016 (Company Check). They won their first major client in London and have continued to grow ever since.
Where a rebrand is concerned, design is never a standalone aspect. Our 18° process aims to highlight to a business their strengths and weaknesses while providing real direction. While you couldn’t ever attribute a rebranding solely to success of a business, we firmly believe our track record shows that it can provide the catalyst that a business may need. We’ve continued to work closely with Show Business, building campaigns and strengthening the brand through a series of channels.
We like to think our work has build a real basis of trust. It’s this sort of close relationship we love to build with our clients, and in this case that will hopefully continue to support their growth and upward trajectory.
Design is shown to boost profits
Based on a 2013 report by the Design Council, for every £1 a client spends on design, they gain over £4 in net operating profit, over £20 net turnover and over £5 in net exports.
The study also shows that two-thirds of companies ignoring design have to compete mainly on price, whereas only one third need to do this where design is integral to the business. In the Value of Design Factfinder (2007) report, the findings show fast growing businesses in the UK draw a greater value from design than other businesses.
Virtually half (47%) of these fast growing businesses view design as vital to their success whereas the UK average was just 15%. It also shows that just 5% of businesses with a turnover of under £250,000 rank design first, whereas this rises to 23% where businesses have turnover of over £2million.
Because we’re worth it…
Show Business Interiors is just one of our success stories. Our exploratory 18° process means we will never advise on the best path of action until we are fully immersed in your business. For example if we didn’t feel a rebrand was right for a business we would say so.
Our relationships with our clients are key to our ethos, while their success reflects on us. If you’d like to speak to us to help with some insight on your brand and where it could be taken, we’d love to hear from you.
