Inspired Life began as a boutique CBD shop in Manchester’s celebrated Afflecks Palace, building a loyal and varied customer base. The company has blossomed, with plans on the horizon to create a multi-layered lifestyle brand for their future yoga, travel and clothing offerings.
After taking them through our 18 degree process, defining their values, purpose and mission we began to shape the visual identity. We created a marque inspired by the sun – a symbol to represent life, positivity, hope, new beginnings and energy. The sun rays are shaped and layered out in the shape of a hemp plant, a subtle nod to Inspired Life’s CBD roots and beginnings. An earthy, yet bright colour palette derived from nature works alongside rounded expressive typography to form an inclusive, welcoming identity.
The sun logo marque is explored further in a form of keyline pattern, and the bold crops of the sun rays overlap and interact with type and authentic candid photography. We shaped copy with words to live by, bringing further brand ownership to the assets. The result is a flexible, light hearted visual language that stands out in this increasingly saturated market.
