When we first met the team at PPTC they’d been advised they needed to change their name. We asked why? And the reason was that it stood for Premier Pension & Tax Consultants which no longer encapsulated their full range of services. As a progressive agency we embrace change, but we sometimes discover an evolution of the brand offers the right solution. So we dropped the descriptive name, retaining the more snappy acronym. The underlying issue was to tackle their brand positioning, something that we were more than ready to help them change.
To attract the right type of client, we firstly needed to establish who that was. Using our unique 18º approach we spent time with the founder and directors to shape the brand purpose, values, vision and mission so that we could create an identity fitting of the quality of their products and high levels of service.
We developed a premium brand identity, perfectly suited to the existing high-net-worth clients that PPTC wanted to retain and those they were looking to attract.
PPTC understood the direction we were taking and committed to it whole-heartedly by being bold enough to produce print of the highest quality for all their marketing collateral.
Traditional colours of navy blue and emerald green were chosen alongside a copper foil finish to provide a sense of assurance and high quality.
The digital presence followed suit. We built an intuitive website with a clear navigation and well sign posted call to actions. We ensured the use of space and imagery kept consistency in quality from the printed to the digital world, allowing for a seamless user journey across all touch points.
