On our arrival to the clinic we were met with what was clearly a great practice, but one littered with inconsistencies in their signage and communication, creating unnecessary confusion for their customers. In our initial conversations we also discovered their offering went far beyond their promoted Chiropractic treatments. After our brand workshop, where we delved into the core of the business, we identified ‘wellness’ as their core offering. Ultimately helping people be the best they could be.

Working closely with the team in our early workshops, we collectively agreed on the new name ‘Warrington Optimum Wellness’ which was swiftly abbreviated to ‘WOW’. The word that so many of their patients would say when they realised that their discomfort could be managed and improved through their tailored holistic approach.

To bring the personality of the people and the place behind the business to the forefront, we developed a quirky illustration style which allowed us to tell their brand story.

The logo used a circle of dots to create the ‘O’ which were developed from the 26 bones and 4 main regions within the human spine, each of which are equally important and worked on by the team at WOW. This visual device allowed us to create icons and animations relevant to the services on offer and bring the environment to life within the clinic.

We delivered comprehensive brand guidelines which showcased the uplifting identity across all touch points. The new brand is helping to attract new patients and provide them a truly positive frame of mind on their road to recovery.
