We know our team works hard all year round, so we want to reward them. Our ‘Horizon Day’ gives everyone a random day off every quarter to do what they like. We’re an active bunch, so they usually involve something outdoorsy like mountain climbing or zip-lining, dog walking or going on a trip somewhere!
