Conversion Rate Optimisation, or CRO, is the process of improving the effectiveness of a website (or apps, or other digital platform) by encouraging visitors to take specific actions that we’d consider to be conversions.
By analysing visitor behaviour, setting conversion goals, testing new strategies and adjusting them based on data, we can identify and remove barriers to conversions while also enhancing the overall user experience.

A ‘good’ conversion rate also looks different for every business, depending on the amount of traffic they receive, the quality of traffic, cost of the product or service, existing rate of conversion, etc.
