GSA specialise in commercial and industrial maintenance and support, but an entrenched web presence dramatically limited their ambition. The previous site was inaccessible, visually outdated, and locked into a rigid third‑party theme with no room for customisation.

Through collaborative workshops, we unpacked GSA’s pain points. This included weak SEO, low traffic, and a domain with confusing semantics which reflected only part of their service offering. We drilled into everything from brand perception to operational limitations, and laid the groundwork for a bespoke digital platform that aligned with their broader ambitions.

Rise

To elevate GSA’s online presence, we moved away from off‑the‑shelf templates and crafted a fully custom WordPress build. We completely refreshed the existing brand, and designed user flows with clarity which guided users through their proposition.

  • UX/UI design with impact:

    Every animation, motion and hover effect was created with GSAP, and calibrated to convey quality and professionalism with smooth, intuitive movements.

  • Component‑based editing:

    The modular “block” system lets the GSA team easily update pages and layouts without developer dependency.

  • SEO-first architecture:

    Every page uses semantic HTML, clean heading hierarchies, schema markup, and performance optimisations, laying a strong foundation for search visibility and future growth.

  • New, future-proof domain:

    We led a smooth migration from their outdated facilities‑only URL to a domain encapsulating their broader service offering. Complete redirections and technical mapping ensured no SEO equity was lost.

After a thorough testing period the site was launched:

    We implemented analytics dashboards to monitor site performance to track form submissions, bounce rates, and timing on key pages.

    We provided ongoing site‑care support after launch, including CMS training for team members with a video library for reference, and periodic UX reviews based on visitor data.≈
