We have some absolutely wonderful clients, doing amazing things. We recently did a survey that showed us they would benefit from having someone there for them, more of the time. As part of our client retention and nurture strategy, we’re looking for a new member of the team to take on this role and give our clients the support they deserve.
This role is all about making sure our clients are happy. You’ll be their go-to person when they need something, and you will spend time with our brand, digital and motion teams coming up with ways to meet those needs. Ideally, the perfect candidate will have a keen understanding of design principles, will know what good design looks like, and isn’t afraid to pick up the phone.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is incredibly organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Has a proactive approach to problem solving and addressing challenges
- Is confident, approachable and has great interpersonal skills
- Would happily deliver an in-person seminar to an audience
- Has the ability to negotiate and work in a collaborative environment
- Has 3-5 years of experience in account management, preferably within a design, advertising, or digital agency.
- Can effectively use project management software, and has experience with financial management and budget oversight
Your day-to-day responsibilities will be:
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs, objectives, and challenges
- Project managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring their success
- Serving as the lead point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, gathering feedback, and managing expectations
- Ensuring any queries or concerns are sorted quickly
- Identifying where our clients could benefit from design, digital or motion improvements, or working with our partners to help them outshine their competition
- Preparing and presenting proposals and presentations, both online and in person
What you’ll get in return:
- Flexible working hours, and trust that you’ll get the job done wherever you are
- A company culture that never makes you feel bad for watching your kids’ school play
- 33 days holiday (inc. bank holidays)
- 4 “Horizon days” – A randomly allocated day off per quarter, every quarter
- Training and development courses, both online and in person
- Monthly (optional) socials, and both summer and end-of-year events
- Up to 10 therapy sessions and an understanding approach to mental health
- Access to a 24/7 UK-based GP through a video or phone call, anytime it’s needed
- Personalised four or eight-week fitness programmes through WeCare
- Access to legal advice
