Orkastrate were looking to modernise their brand identity and website to reflect recent software acquisitions and improved product features. The goal was to amplify messaging, simplify the user experience for key audiences, boost engagement, and create a visually appealing, modern site that effectively promotes its asset and green space management solutions.
We worked closely with the Orkastrate team across a series of workshops to align their brand strategy with targeted new website messaging, along with a streamlined sitemap.

Rise
Editability on the previous website was limited and presented challenges to the internal team when updating content, so we implemented a custom built component-based WordPress setup that was flexible and modular, whilst totally bespoke to Orkastrate’s requirements:

Modular component system
We built a custom module framework that gives users the flexibility to customise layouts and content, while maintaining design consistency and functionality.

Solutions mega menu
A visually rich mega menu was designed and developed to showcase the new software platforms, driving awareness while delivering a seamless user experience.

Parallax solution cards
Immersive parallax effects were applied to content cards, creating depth and motion to highlight the core benefits of each solution platform.

Conversion-focused call-to-action
To boost lead generation, we developed a pricing and benefits component that clearly communicates value, removes friction, and simplifies the user journey.

Shine
The final website delivered significant improvements, evolving into a high-performing and visually appealing platform that represents the key aspects of the Orkastrate brand and promotes its software solutions to build enhanced online engagement.

Increased lead generation
Within six months of launch, Orkastrate reported improved prospect contact rates consistent with the expanded software platform offerings and refresh of the brand.

Staff feedback confirmed the new site was easier to manage: editing pages, uploading content, and adapting messaging to reflect new capabilities was streamlined.

We implemented analytics dashboards to monitor site performance to track form submissions, bounce rates, and timing on key pages.

We provided ongoing site‑care support after launch, including CMS training for site users, a video library for reference and periodic UX reviews based on visitor data.
